摘 要:目的分析某水合肼建设项目职业病危害因素,评价其防护措施的控制效果。方法根据国家有关职业卫生标准,采取现场职业卫生调查、工作场所职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查方法进行评价。结果该建设项目选址与总体布局、生产工艺、设备布局、职业病防护设施、个体使用的防护用品等基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》要求,存在氯气、氨、氢氧化钠、氯化氢、丙酮、水合肼、噪声、工频电场等职业病危害因素,所有岗位职业病危害因素浓度(强度)控制在国家现行标准之内,其中主要毒物肼<0.05mg/m3。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制措施基本有效,建议加强应急管理和张贴警示标识。Objective To investigate,analyze and evaluate the occupational risk factors in the construction project of hydrazine hydrate. Methods Based on the national occupational standards ,field hygiene investigation,occupational risk factors monitoring and occupational health examination were carried out. Results The items including the selection of site,the arrangement and layout of the facilities,occupational disease prevention and protection measures ,and individual preventive articles met the requirements of national standards. Risk factors included Cl2,NH3,NaOH,HCl,acetone,hydrazine hydrate,noise and power frequency electric field. The concentrations ( intensities) of risk factors in all posts were in accord with the national standards,the main toxic hydrazine hydrate was below 0.05 mg/m^3. Conclusion It is basically effective for the construction project to take preventive measures,emergency management should be strengthened,and warning logo would be posted.
