摘　　要：建立了利用二氢嘧啶酶由苯海因转化生成苯甘氨酸过程中产物苯甘氨酸的定量分析方法，该检测体系能准确地分析产物的含量，且对底物苯海因能同时进行测定，有效地避免培养液的干扰，苯甘氨酸及苯海因的回收率分别为９７５％～１０１９％、９８７％～１００８％。实验结果表明该法准确、可靠。A new method was proposed for quantitative determination of phenylglycine in dihydropyrimidinase systhesis from phenylhydantoin to phenylglycine.The method was not only applicable for the determination of product phenylglycine,but also suitable for simultaneous detection of substrate phenlhydantoin.It could effectively avoid the interference of medium.The recovery of phenylglycine and phenylhydantoin were 975 %～1019 % and 987 %～1008 % respectivly.The experiments showed that the method was accurate and reliable.
