摘　　要：中空栓剂是近十几年发展的新剂型，具有生物利用度高，副作用小，制剂稳定性好等优点。它可替代某些注射剂、片剂，且可达到不同药物先后释放的目的。本文通过总结中空栓剂的特点，介绍了其应用及研究现状。Hollow type suppository is a new dosage form , which exhibit the advantages of higher bioavailability, less side effect and better stability of preparation. It is able to replace some injections and tablets. The release restricted hollow type suppositories have be prepared now. Recent advances in studies and clinical uses of hollow type suppository were reviewed and the perspective for the wide clinical applications as a new dosage form was presented.
