摘  要:心血管的组织内肾素-血管紧张素系统在心血管疾病的病理发展中起着重要作用。血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)是肾素-血管紧张素系统的关键成分,其除对心脏有短期的正性变力作用外,还有长期的致肥厚与重构作用。心血管局部存在三条AⅡ生成途径:胃促胰酶(chymase,Chy)途径、血管紧张素Ⅰ转化酶(angiotensinconvertingenzyme,ACE)途径和一种被称为Nafamostat敏感的途径。由这些途径生成的AⅡ都参与缺血、缺氧时心血管的病理变化。近来发现AT2受体介导抗增殖效应,而AT1受体拮抗剂逆转心血管肥厚的作用机制可能与此有关。Tissue renin angiotensin system(RAS)existing in heart and blood vessels plays an important role in pathological development of cardiovascular disease. Locally produced angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) is one of the critical components in the tissue RAS. AngⅡ has not only short term direct cardiac actions including increased contractility,but also long term effects on structural remodelling and myocardial hypertrophy.There seem to be three Ang Ⅱ forming pathways in humans :chymace dependent,angiotensin coverting enzyme (ACE) dependent and nafamostat sensitive Ang Ⅱ formation. And all are involved in the pathological changes occurred in hypoxic or ischaemic hearts or blood vessels. Recent data suggest that AT 2 receptor mediates growth inhibitory action, it may be one mechanism of AT 1 receptor antagonists induced regression of cardiac hypertrophy.
