摘　　要：工作流技术主要目的是使多个参与者之间按照某种定义的规则传递业务信息的过程自动进行,从而实现某个预期的业务目标。为有效地管理业务处理过程中的各种信息流和控制流,本文针对业务控制系统特点,采用服务总线控制和面向服务架构的方法,将工作流管理技术引入系统体系设计,建立业务控制总线架构,控制消息流转,从而提高了系统的稳定性和可扩展性,使系统达到高效协调运转的目的。The workflow technique＇s purpose is to make several participants deliver the business information automatically according to a certain well-definite rule achieving the business target of a certain expectation. In order to effectively manage various information flow and control flow in the process of business processing, considering the characteristic of he business control system and using the method of the service bus control and SOA, the paper introduces the workflow management technique into the design of the system framework, and builds up the business control bus framework to control information deliver. Thus the stability and the expansibility of system are improved and the system runs more efficiently and coordinately.
