摘 要:为研究器官移植术后的嵌合现象,术后利用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测3例接受男性供体器官的女性受者外周血及皮肤组织中的Y染色体特异性DNA片段。结果在1例小肠移植受者的外周血及皮肤组织中出现Y染色体特异性DNA片段;2例肾移植受者的外周血中也出现Y染色体特异性DNA片段。表明在器官移植术后存在着供体细胞向受体组织的移行嵌合。认为促进嵌合的出现及保持嵌合的平衡,将有利于防治排斥反应和移植物抗宿主病。In order to investigate the organ transplantation chimerism, 3 female patients receiving male donor grafts were selected to detect a Y chromosome specific DNA fragment to further identify the presence of donor cells based on sex difference between donor and recipient by using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Y chromosome specific DNA fragment are found in peripheral blood and skin of one recipient undergoing small bowel transplantation, and in peripheral blood of 2 recipients undergoing renal transplantation. The results indicated that the donor cells migrated to the recipients’ tissue. It was suggested that chimerism and the maintainance of chimerism balance would be of benefit to the prevention and treatment of rejection and graft versus host disease.
