农村富余劳动力转移及其对农民收入的影响

摘　　要：农村富余劳动力的自由转移是资源有效配置、生产率以及农民收入的根本保证。通过农村富余劳动力转移对农民收入的影响研究表明,劳动力转移对下一期的收入增长具有正向影响,而对当期的收入增长具有负向影响,农村社会保障支出对农民收入的影响不显著。因此,应在健全农村社会保障的前提下促进农村富余劳动力的转移,以增加农民的收入。Free transfer of rural surplus labor is the fundamental guarantee of effective allocation of resources, higher productivity as well as the increase of the farmers＂ income. This paper analyzes the impact of the transfer of rural surplus labor force on the income of the farmers.The result shows that the transfer of rural surplus labor has positive impact on the next issue of labor income growth and negative impact on the current revenue growth. The impact of rural social security expenditure on the farmers＇ income is not significant. Therefore, we should promote the transfer of rural surplus labor force under the premise of a sound rural social security to increase the income of farmers.
