摘　　要：与男大学生相比。女大学生在成才与发展的道路上将面临更多的困难与障碍，女大学生要成就事业必须付出更多的艰辛与努力。因为女大学生在发展过程中必须不断地克服自身的障碍与弱点，包括影响女大学生发展的主观心理因素。加强和改进高职院校女大学生思想政治教育是一项系统工程。必将积极依靠社会各部门，形成强大合力。To compare with college boy students, the girl students tend to face more difficulties and barriers On their way of growing up and self-developing and more efforts and hardships should be paid for a successful career because they need to constantly overcome lots of obstacles and their week points, which include the subjective mental factors. It is a ,systematic project to enhance and improve the moral and political education of college girl students, which needs the help of all sections of the society to form strong cooperation.
