摘 要:以大气系统、绿地系统和水文系统为依据,构建评价指标体系,采用层次分析法和综合指数法建立评价模型,并对三峡库区4个主要城市,重庆主城、宜昌、涪陵、万州的生态基础设施进行了研究。结果表明,宜昌、涪陵属于较好等级,万州、重庆主城属于一般等级,4个城市的生态基础设施质量状况排序为宜昌、涪陵、万州、重庆主城。通过评价分析,了解了三峡库区4个主要城市的生态基础设施质量状况,为三峡库区城市的规划建设提供了科学依据。The evaluation indexes system is established on the basis of atmosphere system, green-belt system and hydrologic system. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the comprehensive index evaluation method are applied to establish an evaluation model. The quality and grade of ecological infrastructures of four major cities, namely Yichang City, Fuling City, Wanzhou City and Chongqing main-city, in the Three Gorges Reservoir area are studied. The results show that: the quality of ecological infrastructure of Yichang and Fulin lies at a better grade; Wanzhou and main town of Chongqing belong to a common grade. The integrated quality conditions of ecological infrastructure of these four cities are ranked as the sequence : Yichang, Fulin, Wanzhou, main town of Chongqing, in which the former is better than the latter. The qualities of ecological infrastructure of four cities are understood through evaluation analysis, which provides a scientific basis for the planning and design of cities of the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
