摘　　要：对国内外水轮机调速器的技术与产品发展情况进行了全方位介绍,并对目前国内的调速器技术和产品及调速器行业市场现状进行了分析。指出了国内调速器市场价格混乱,竞争机制不健全等问题,建议生产企业继续巩固来之不易的调速器技术进步成果,促进水轮机调速器事业的进一步发展;业主和设计单位也要适当地规划组织与协调,兼顾各方利益,共同营造一个健全的水轮机调速器市场。This thesis makes a comprehensive introduction on turbine governor technology and products＇ development state at home and abroad, and analyses the governor technology, its products and the governor industry market state. The problems should be pointed out that the market price of the turbine governor is diversified and competition mechanism is not sound. So, the manufacturers keep on confirming the hard-won technology progress to promote the turbine governor industry＇ s further development, meanwhile, the owners and design institutes also should organize and harmonize properly to consider profit to each side to construct a right turbine governor market.
