两种实验用水中艾氏剂对多刺裸腹的毒性比较

摘  要:为探讨自然水体与自来水在主要理化参数上的差别是否会影响污染物对受试动物的毒性,分别以抽滤后的镜湖水和曝气自来水为毒性试验用水,比较研究了艾氏剂对多刺裸腹生命表统计学参数的影响.结果表明,当用抽滤后的湖水作为实验用水时,与空白对照组相比,浓度低达20μg/L的艾氏剂便对多刺裸腹的生命表参数产生显著性影响;而在曝气自来水中,这种显著性影响从160μg/L的艾氏剂开始出现.可见,多刺裸腹在抽滤后的湖水中对艾氏剂的敏感性强于在曝气自来水中对艾氏剂的敏感性.The effect of aldrin on the life table demography of Moina macrocopa in filtrated lake-water and aerated tap-water was compared. The results showed that when filtrated lake-water was used as test medium, and compared to the blank control, aldrin at 20, 80, 160, 320 and 640μg/L decreased markedly the life expectancy at birth and the generation time, aldrin at 160, 320 and 640μg/L reduced significantly the net reproductive rate and the gross reproductive rate, and aldin at 320 and 640μg/L reduced significantly the intrinsic rate of population increase. When aerated tap-water was used as test medium, and compared to the blank control, aldrin at 160, 320 and 640μg/L decreased markedly the life expectancy at birth, the net reproductive rate and the gross reproductive rate, and aldin at 320 and 640μg/L reduced significantly the intrinsic rate of population increase and the generation time. M. macrocopa was more sensitive to aldrin in filtrated lake-water than in aerated tap-water.
