摘　　要：阐述了运动训练的训练适应本质,运动训练过程中的内因与外因、量变到质变、整体与局部、运动训练过程中的度等辩证关系.鉴于运动训练中的这些关系,提出了进行训练监控的必要性.The paper expounded the training adaptation mechanism of sports training, dialectical relationship of internal and external cause, the process from quantitative change to quality change, whole and part during sports training. In view of these dialectical relationships in sports training, the necessity of implementation sports training monitoring was proposed.
