摘  要:目的:研究加味泽泻汤(GWZXT)抗大鼠动脉粥样硬化的作用及机制。方法:将健康雄性SD大鼠48只随机分为5组,即正常、模型、辛伐他汀及GWZXT高、低剂量组,采用高脂饲料喂养法复制动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型,灌胃给药。检测大鼠血中载脂蛋白APoAⅠ、ApoB和微量元素Zn、Cu、Ca、Mg的含量变化及超微结构的改变。结果:与模型组比较,GWZXT高剂量组大鼠Zn、Ca及APoB的含量显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),Cu、Mg的含量显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);超微结构观察结果显示,GWZXT高剂量组对细胞有显著的修复作用。结论:GWZXT能够调节微量元素及载脂蛋白含量,起到保护动脉内皮细胞损伤的作用;同时,通过下调组织中Ca的含量抑制动脉粥样硬化的形成。OBJECTIVE: To study the antiatherosclerotic effect of Jiawei zexie tang(GWZXT) and the possible mecha nisms. METHODS: 48 healthy male SD rats were randomized to 5 groups, i.e normal control, model group, simvastatin group, and high dosage and low dosage GWZXT groups.Artherosclerosis rat model was established by feeding high fat forage and the corresponding drugs were administered intragastrically. Changes in serum levels of APoA Ⅰ , ApoB, Zn, Cu, Ca and Mg and the ultrastructure were detected. RESULTS: In high dosage GWZXT - treated group compared with model group, the Zn, Ca and ApoB levels decreased significantly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) and the levels of Cu, Mg level increased significantly(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) . The high dose GWZXT treatment had showed remarkable repairing efficacy on endothelial cells. CONCLUSION: The protective effect of GWZXT on endothelial cells might be achieved by regulating the levels of microelement and apolipoprotein; meanwhile, its antiatherosclerotic effect is attributed to the down - regulation of Ca level in tissues.
