摘 要:目的:优选乳病消片水提液最佳澄清工艺。方法:分别采用壳聚糖、凹凸棒、酸性凹凸棒、乙醇为沉淀剂,以24h自然沉淀为参照,以淫羊藿苷、总黄酮、浸出物含量为评价指标,考察不同沉淀剂对各指标的影响。结果:4种沉淀剂对3个指标均有不同程度的影响。酸性凹凸棒沉淀组中总黄酮含量最高;乙醇沉淀组中淫羊藿苷含量最高;浸出物含量在乙醇沉淀组中最低,在凹凸棒、壳聚糖沉淀组中较低。结论:凹凸棒沉淀法可作为乳病消片水提液的澄清方法。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the clarification technology of the water extract of Rubingxiao tablets. METHODS: The effects of different precipitators on the content of icarrin were investigated with the contents of icariin, total flavonoid and the extractum as indexes and with chitosan, attapulgite, acidic attapulgite and ethanol as precipitators(with 24 h natural precipitation as control). RESULTS: The four precipitators had effects of different degree on the above 3 indexes. The content of total flavonoids in acidic attapulgite precipitation group was the highest; the content of icariin was the highest in ethanol precipitation group. The yield of the extractum was low in chitosan precipitation group and attapulgite precipitation group hut the lowest in ethanol precipitation group. CONCLUSION: Attapulgite precipitation method was proved to be the optimal clarification method for water extract of Ruhingxiao tablets.
