摘  要:目的:研究赤芍药材经60钴-γ射线辐照前、后有效成分的变化。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定受辐照前、后赤芍药材中芍药苷的含量,色谱柱为Spherigel ODS C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为260.5nm。结果:赤芍药材经60钴-γ射线辐照后芍药苷的含量降低了近20%。结论:在处理含赤芍药材的中药制剂时应考虑到辐照对主成分的影响。OBJECTIVE: To study the change of the active components in Radix Paeoniae Rubra before and after the radiation of 60Co-γ- rays. METHODS: The content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra before and after the radiation of 60Co-γ- rays was determined by HPLC on Spherigel ODS C18(150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) chromatographic column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (gradient elution) with the detection wavelength set at 260.5 nm. RESULTS: The content of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Rubra dropped by nearly 20% after the radiation of 60Co-γ- rays. CONCLUSION: The effect of the radiation of 60Co - γ - rays on the active component should be taken into consideration in treating the Chinese drugs preparation of Radix Paeoniae Rubra.
