摘 要:分析了《高校大学生信息素质指标体系》(讨论稿)的特点,从指标体系的结构和内容两方面,将北京地区高校信息素质能力指标体系和中国科学技术信息研究所的中国国民信息素质教育研究项目进行了比较,从而提出高校大学生信息素质指标体系应该包含信息道德这一指标,其制订应该考虑不同层次对象,并要求定性分析与定量分析相结合。以期对信息素质教育的研究起到较强的指导作用,并作为适合我国国情的信息素质评价标准的正式文件早日发布。This paper firstly studies the characteristics of The Information Literacy Index System for College Students (Draft Version), and then analyzes and compares its structure and content with that of The Development of Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education in Beifing and Research on Information Literacy Ed- ucation in China which is a program conducted by Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China. The author argues that The Information Literacy Index System for College Students should include the index of information ethics, and should consider objects of different levels by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses. The author hopes that The Information Literacy Index System for College Students can play an instructional role in China's information literacy education, and can be released early as an official document of information literacy evaluation standards which matches the current situation in China.
