摘　　要：目的:探讨介入联合中医药治疗盆腔淤血综合征的临床效果及可行性。方法:根据不同方法对16例确诊盆腔淤血综合征的患者随机分成两组,各组8例,研究组行介入治疗后加用中药治疗,对照组单纯用中药治疗,中药均为3个疗程。盆腔淤血征程度、发病年龄两组间差异无统计学意义。统计治疗结果及复发率等情况,并将两组进行对照比较。结果:两组在治愈率、好转率、未愈率及复发率比较中,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组:介入+中药治疗治愈率较对照组高,未愈率及复发率均较对照组低。结论:两组治疗方式中以经卵巢静脉栓塞后加用中药治疗初始疗效肯定,远期效果好,复发率低,是目前较好的治疗手段。对照组纯中药治疗费用低廉,不良反应少,治疗方便,但存在疗程长,易复发等弊端。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect and Feasibility of Interventional Therapy combined with Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）for pelvic congestion syndrome. Method：16 patients with PCS diagnosed by various methods were randomly divided into research group and control group,8 respectively. TCM treatment was carried out in all the cases in our hospital for 3 therapeutic courses. The patients in research group were treated with interventional therapy in Panyu People＇s Hospital before TCM treatment,while the control group who wouldn＇t like to be operated took TCM only. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the degree of pelvic congestion and age of onset. The clinical results ,recurrence rate ,etc. were analyzed statistically in the two groups. Results ：There was significant difference between the two groups in cure rate ,improved rate ,unrecovered rate ,recurrence rate （P〈0.05）. The research group showed better in cure rate, lower in unreeovered rate and recurrence rate than the control group. Conclusion：Transcatheter ovarian venous embolization combining TCM is an effective method having positive short-term resuit,good long-term effect and low recurrence rate. Simple TCM treatment has the advantage of low cost,convenient, less side effect ,but had the defect of long therapeutic course and easy to recur.
