摘　　要：农民工返乡创业为新农村建设注入了稀缺的资金和人力资本,为农民增收开辟了新的空间,是推进新农村建设的重要方式。针对农民工返乡创业中的融资难、政策支持不足、组织化程度低和经营环境差等问题,需要健全融资体系、出台税费优惠政策、构建创业平台和优化创业环境。That the peasant laborer returns to the hometown starting an undertaking for new rural construction has poured the Scarcity of funds and human capital, Income for farmers has opened up a new space, is an important way pushing forward new rural construction. Against the peasant laborer in the hometown financing business difficulties, lack of policy support, the low level of organization and poor business environment, need to improve financing system, Introduce of tax and fee policies, build a business platform and optimize the business environment.
