摘　　要：法律与道德具有内在价值的一致性,法律应当适应道德观念的变化而作出调整。人类的生态伦理经历了由传统人类中心主义、现代人类中心主义到非人类中心主义的演变,故环境刑法也应当根据生态伦理的演变趋势进行方向性选择,其中包括强化对犯罪行为的认定、倾向于对行为犯罪名的认定、侧重于对自然犯罪名的认定等。Law and morality has consistency in intrinsic value. The law should adapt to the changes in moral values and make adjustments. Human ecological ethics experience three stages： the traditional human ＂centered ethics, the modem human - centered ethics and the nonhuman - centered ethics. The environmental criminal code should be relevant to the modem human - centered ethics and select the direction of development.
