摘　　要：全面准确地认识河北省文化软实力的现实状况，是提高河北省文化软实力的前提性工作。这组专题讨论中的三篇文章从不同角度探讨了河北省文化软实力发展的优势、劣势，以及所面临的机遇和挑战，并采用科学的分析方法，提出了河北省文化软实力发展的对策和措施。葛永红等人认为，河北省应当加强国际交流，整合媒体资源，进而打造自己的文化吸引力。赵学琳提出，河北要尽快制定文化传播的发展战略，加快建立比较完备的公共文化服务体系。积极促进文化软实力全面提升。孙爱霞等人认为，提高河北区域软实力是一个关系社会全面发展的系统工程，必须贯彻科学发展观，大力推进科技创新，努力提升区域发展的牵引力。Understanding the current situation of Hebei Provincial culture in a complete and correct way is the base. There are three essays in this discussion that analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges. Ge Yong -hong thinks international cooperation should be strengthened and media resources be integrated so that we have more attractions in culture. Zhao Xue -lin puts forward that development strategy should be made as soon as possible and public culture service system be set up rapidly. Sun Ai - xia and others think that soft power is a systematic project, so we must carry out the outlook of scientific development and have more innovations in science and technology.
