摘  要:研制了利用植物油深加工后的废料———DK材料作为铸造用湿型砂防粘砂添加剂。通过实验研究确定了合适的配比 ,其工艺性能较煤粉砂有所提高 ,而成本约为煤粉砂的 1/ 3。因此 。The additive of correcting metal penetration for green sand mold casting,made from the waste of oil further fabricated——namely DK material,is researched in this paper.The results show that this additive is of obvious effect on correcting metal penetration,and can overcome the deficiency of coal powder.The suitable proportion is determined in the experiment.The technical properties of the molding sand with the additive are higher than those of coal powder sand.The cost of the additive is about 1/3 that of coal powder,and its source is abundant.Therefore,DK material can serve as the additive of correcting metal penetration for green sand mold costing instead of coal powder.
