摘  要:介绍了USB(通用串行总线)以及带USB接口的单片机PIC18F4550和光栅位移传感器等的基本知识。详细介绍了基于USB总线的光栅位移检测系统的软硬件设计。文中介绍了带全速USB接口的单片机PIC18F4550的特点,并利用它的USB接口设计了一个光栅位移检测装置,提高了光栅位移检测系统的抗干扰能力和可靠性,减小了系统的体积和成本,同时,在实验的基础上提出了一种全新的光栅位移传感器辨向与细分算法的设计,解决了光栅传统理论中的"光栅的细分倍数与光栅位移速度是互为矛盾的"观点。This paper introduced the basic knowledge of USB, the microcontroller with USB interface named PIC18F1550 and the raster displacement sensor. Besides, it discussed the hardware and software design of the displacement detecting system based on USB in detail. It introduced the microcontroller with full speed USB interface PIC18F4550, and making use of the USB interface, it presented a design of grating displacement detecting device. The design not only increases anti-noice and dependence of the grating displacement detecting system, but also decreases its volume and cost. Meanwhile, it introduced a kind of new design method about the grating displacement sensor and subdividing algorithmic based on experiment. It solves the problem of grating traditional viewpoint that the displacement sensor sensing subdivides times and the grating displacement speed is to be each other's contradictious.
