摘 要:利用磁流变液阻尼器的可控特性进行汽车悬架系统阻尼参数的实验匹配,需要感知阻尼器的运行状态变化(拉伸/复原)。采用超声波传感器对汽车磁流变阻尼器运行状态进行感知,运用DSP(数字信号处理器)进行数据处理,实现了汽车磁流变液阻尼器的运行状态识别;完成了系统的软、硬件设计,搭建了实际电路系统,并开展了相应的实验测试。实验结果表明:该系统的分辨率和实时性都能够满足要求。In order to use magneto-rheological fluid damper's controllable characteristic to process vehicle suspension parameters matching. It is necessary to apperceive its running status altering. Ultrasonic sensor was used to apperceive the altering, digital signal processor was used to deal with data, the damper's running status was recognised successfully. The software and hardware of the system were designed based on the method. Then practical circuit system was fabricated, and corresponding experiments were developed. The test results indicate that the system's resolution and real-time requirement can meet the demands of vehicle suspension match.
