摘  要:基于非接触磁齿轮驱动研究,提出一种主动磁极静止式大间隙磁力驱动方式。针对这种新型的磁力驱动方式,设计了基于SCM(单片机)的斩波恒流功率放大磁场驱动系统控制电路,并进行了电路输出模拟仿真,实现了主动磁极静止式磁力驱动,有效地减小了感性线圈对电流的阻碍作用,实现了驱动电路的恒流输出,提高了系统高频响应能力,使驱动系统在大间隙、高转速情况下也具较强的驱动能力,同时具有良好的正反转和调速性能。A new driving method that initiative magnetic pole always keeps quiescent was put forward, based on the study of non-contact magnetic gear drive. In allusion to this new driving method, a fire-new outside magnetic driving system of chopping wave constant current power amplifier was designed based on AT89S52, and the deferent circuit was simulated. This system realized the driving mode of quiescent initiative magnetic pole, and would effectually decreased the resistance of the electrical inductance loop which embarrasses the change of the current, and ultimately achieved constant current of the drive circuit, and increased the system's high frequency responding ability. Even under the circumstance of large gap and high rotate speed, the system has stronger driving ability and favorable capability of positive and negative rotate and timing.
