摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立曲安西龙有关物质的测定方法。方法:CapcellPakC,s(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈-水(18:82)为流动相,流速1ml/min,检测波长238nm,柱温为40℃。结果:曲安西龙在0.5~50.0μg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=O.9999,n=5),精密度试验RSD为0.5%(n=6),最低检出量为2ng。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确,能满足曲安西龙质量控制的要求。Objective : To establish an HPLC method for the determination of related substances in triamcinolone. Methods : Capcell Pak C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm)column was used as stationary phase and the solution of aeetonitrile and water (18: 82) as mobile phase, the flow rate of which was 1 ml/min. Detection wavelength was set at 238 nm and the ambient temperature of the column was at 40 ~C. Results : A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.5 to 50.0μg/ml of triamcinolone ( r = 0. 999 9, n = 5). RSD was 0.5% (n=6) ,and the LOQ was 2 ng. Conclusion: The method established in this paper is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of triamcinolone.
