摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法建立曲安西龙有关物质的测定方法。方法：CapcellPakC，s（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）色谱柱，乙腈-水（18：82）为流动相，流速1ml／min，检测波长238nm，柱温为40℃。结果：曲安西龙在0．5～50．0μg／ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=O．9999，n=5），精密度试验RSD为0．5％（n=6），最低检出量为2ng。结论：该方法简便、灵敏、准确，能满足曲安西龙质量控制的要求。Objective ： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of related substances in triamcinolone. Methods ： Capcell Pak C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm）column was used as stationary phase and the solution of aeetonitrile and water （18： 82） as mobile phase, the flow rate of which was 1 ml/min. Detection wavelength was set at 238 nm and the ambient temperature of the column was at 40 ~C. Results ： A good linearity was obtained in the range of 0.5 to 50.0μg/ml of triamcinolone （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 5）. RSD was 0.5% （n=6） ,and the LOQ was 2 ng. Conclusion： The method established in this paper is simple, sensitive and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of triamcinolone.
