摘　　要：探讨了企业知识产权战略的概念及其影响要素和产出要素,构建了企业知识产权战略模型及其选择模型,基于大样本企业调研,进行了实证分析,期望对企业知识产权战略理论和实践提供参考。The article deeply discussed the enterprise intellectual property strategy＇ s concept, and its impact elements and output elements of strategic model. A new enterprise intellectual property strategy model and strategic choice model were constructed. Based on the large sample of enterprise research, the article empirical analysised all the models. Wish the research can provide a valuable reference for the formulation and practice of enterprise intellectual property strategy.
