摘　　要：知识资本已经成为中小企业成功的关键因素,本研究在多层次行为问卷调查的基础上,通过探索性因素、验证性因素分析和结构方程建模方法进一步检验了中小企业知识资本的结构维度,以及不同组织背景对知识资本的影响机制。本实证研究表明:中小企业知识资本更倾向于三维结构模型,即人力资本、结构资本、关系资本;不同行业类型、规模、体制类型、治理结构和竞争地位的中小企业,在知识资本结构方面存在一定程度的差异。Intellectual capital already becomes successful key factor of medium - sized and small enterprises, on basis investigating whether in the multiple echelons behavior questionnaire studying originally, mechanism having checked that medium -sized and small enterprises intellectual capital structure preserves degree, and diversity organizes an impact of background over intellectual capital further by probing the nature factor , verifying nature factor analysis and square structure Cheng Jian Mo method.
