摘　　要：从组织学习、资源依赖和核心能力等理论角度对装备制造企业自主创新能力进行了理论分析,归纳了装备制造企业自主创新能力的关键因素,在此基础上运用探索性因素分析的研究方法对装备制造企业自主创新能力进行了实证研究,提取出交互学习能力、资源集成能力、创新核心能力、创新产出能力四个主要成分。Based on organizational learning, dependence on resources and organizational core competence, the self- determined innovation capability of equipment manufacturers is analysed, and the key factors are summed up. Experimental research on self - determined innovation capability of equipment manufacturers is carried out by means of the exploratory factor analysis, and then the four main components is extracted, they are interactive learning capability, integrate resources capability, innovation core capability and innovation output capability.
