摘　　要：针对现有操作票生成系统的通用性和可移植性仍需提高的现状,提出一种基于IEC61970标准的智能操作票专家系统。根据公共信息模型(CIM)定义的设备连接模型,构建了设备图元;采用图模库一体化技术设计图形支撑平台;构建了基于CIM设备层次关系的知识库,并设计了专家系统的推理机,进而实现智能生成操作票。系统具有界面友好,操作快捷方便的优点,可以减轻用户的压力,提高操作票开票的效率。Aiming at the present situation to improve the universality and portability of the existing operation sheet making system, a kind of intelligent operation sheet expert system based on IEC 61970 was presented. According to the power equipment model in common information model （CIM）, the graphic elements were obtained. The graphic support platform was designed by integrative graphic model library. The knowledge bank was constructed based on CIM＇s equipment level relations, and the inference engine of the operation sheet expert system was designed, thus the intelligent operation sheet system was developed. The system has friendly interface with the advantage of fast operation, being able to reduce the user＇s pressure and raising efficiency of operation sheet.
