HPD-600大孔吸附树脂纯化大豆异黄酮工艺条件研究

摘　　要：研究HPD-600型大孔吸附树脂纯化大豆异黄酮吸附动力学特性,确定其工艺参数如下:上样液浓度为0.15mg/mL,上样液pH值为5,上样量为4.5BV,吸附流速为1.0ml/min,静态吸附250min,再用80%乙醇作为解吸剂,解吸流速为0.5ml/min。The absorption kinetics of resin HPD-600 for soybean isoflavones were studied in this paper. The appropriate absorption conditions were： concetration of soybean isoflavones extract 0.15 mg/mL; pH=5; volume of soybean isoflavone 4.5 BV; absorption flow rate 1.0 ml/min; absorption time 250 min; 80% alcohol was used eluant; elution rate 0.5 ml/min; volume of elution 3.0 BV. The resin HPD-600 exhibited good performance in absorbing soybean isoflavone.
