摘 要:目的测量士兵人体成分,为确定正常值提供基础数据。方法对3844名士兵(17~32岁,平均21.6±2.7岁)的身高、体重进行测量,计算体质指数(BMI);应用BFA-100人体脂肪分析仪,测量其生物电阻抗(Ω)、瘦体重(kg)、瘦体百分比、体脂重(kg)、体脂百分比。对不同年龄、不同藉贯、不同等级、不同职务士兵人体成分组成状况进行比较。结果3844名士兵身高(172.7±4.3)cm、体重(65.7±6.7)kg、BMI(22.1±2.3)、瘦体百分比(81.0±4.0)、体脂百分比(19.0±4.0)。不同年龄组的体重、BMI、生物电阻抗、瘦体重、瘦体百分比、体脂重、体脂百分比差异有统计学意义。不同藉贯士兵所有测量数据均无明显差异。不同等级士兵的身高、体重、BMI、瘦体百分比、体脂重、体脂百分比差异有统计学意义。不同职务士兵的体重、瘦体重、瘦体百分比、体脂重、体脂百分比差异有统计学意义。结论应用生物电阻抗法测量士兵人体成分,对指导部队膳食营养、军事训练,以及确定士兵人体成分正常标准具有重要意义。Objetlve To measure and analyze the body composition of army sddiers, so as to provide the basic data for nor- mal standard. Methods The height and weight were measured in 3844 army soldiers ( 17- 32 years of age, mean age, 21.6 ± 2.7 years), and their BMI were figured out. The bioelectrical impendence, kg of lean mass, L/Wt, kg in fat, and F/Wt were measured by self - made BFA - 100 body fat analytical instrument ( bioelectrical impendence technigue). The body compositions in army soldiers of different ages, hometown, classes, posts were compared. Results The results in 3844 soldiers were as follows : ( 172.7 ± 4.3 ) cm in height, (65.7 ±6.7 ) kg in weight, (22.1± 2.3 ) in BMI, (504.8 ± 56.5 ) Ω in bioelectrical impendence, (53.0 ±3.9 ) kg in lean mass, (81.0 ±4.0) in L/Wt (L%), ( 12.7 ±3.7) kg in fat, and (19.0±4.0) in F/Wt (F%). There were significant differeces in weight, BMI, bioelectrical impendenee, kg in lean mass, L%, and kg in fat, F%, but there was no significant difference in height of soldiers in different ages. There was no difference in all data of soldiers from different hometowns. In soldiers of different classes, there were significant differences in height, weight, BMI, L% , kg in fat, and F% , except the bioeleetrical impendenee. As to the sol- diers of different posts, there were significant differences in weight, kg in lean mass, L%, kg in fat, and F%, but there were no signif- icant differences in height and bioelectrical impendence. Condusions The data of body composition of 3844 soldiers obtained by bio- electrical impendence technique are of great importance in instructing the food nutrition of army, military training and in establishing the normal standard in soldiers' body composition.
