早期纤支镜吸痰对改善老年人吸入性肺炎临床症状的意义

摘　　要：目的观察早期纤支镜吸痰改善老年人吸入性肺炎的临床症状。方法在综合治疗的基础上早期实行纤支镜吸痰45例为治疗组(A组),综合治疗44例为对照组(B组),治疗后对体温、白细胞、呼吸频率、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)进行比较。结果A组体温、白细胞、呼吸频率恢复正常及动脉血氧分压(PaO2)升高的时间明显缩短,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论早期实行纤支镜吸痰对改善老年人吸入性肺炎的临床症状有肯定疗效,是一项有效的抢救措施。Objective To observe the clinical symptoms of aspiration pneumonia of aged people improved by the early fiberbronchoscope suction.Methods On the basis of comprehensive treatment,the early implementation of fiberbronchoscope suction of 45 cases is made as the treatment group（A Group）,and the combined treatment of 44 cases is for the control group（B Group）.After the treatment,the body temperature,WBC,respiratory frequency,arterial oxygen partial pressure（PaO2） are compared between these two groups.Results In the A Group,body temperature,WBC,normal respiratory rate are back to normal and the rising time of arterial blood oxygen pressure（PaO2） is significantly shortened.The differences between the two groups have a significant meaning（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The early implementation of fiberbronchoscope suction to improve the clinical symptoms of the aspiration pneumonia of aged people has certainly the positive effect,and is an effective rescue measure.
