摘 要:目的:探讨吡咯喹啉醌(pyrroloquinoline quinone,PQQ)对60Coγ射线照射细胞清除自由基能力。方法:培养AGS细胞至对数期,实验分为6组:正常培养未照射组、单纯照射组、PQQ培养12 h未照射组、PQQ培养4 h未照射组、PQQ培养12 h后照射组、PQQ培养4 h后照射组。60Coγ照射,剂量8Gy。照射后6,12,24 h测定细胞总抗氧化力(T-AOC),SOD,MDA含量。结果:与正常未照组比较,照射后6,12,24 h单纯照射组SOD,T-AOC显著降低(P<0.05),MDA显著升高(P<0.01);与单纯照射组比较:PQQ培养的照射组SOD,T-AOC显著升高(P<0.01),除照射后6 h外MDA显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:PQQ可通过增强细胞抗氧化能力,降低氧化水平,从而对辐射细胞起保护作用。Objective: To investigate PQQ scavenging free radicals in cells by γ-ray radiation. Methods: AGS cells were cultivated. There were 6 groups in our experiment: the normal group, simply irradia- ted group, nonirradiated group treated with PQQ by 12 hours, nonirradiated groups treated with PQQ by 4 hours, irradiated groups treated with PQQ by 12 hours, irradiated groups treated with PQQ by 4 hours. The radiation was ^60Coγ-rays with the dose of 8Gy. After irradiated 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, the cells were measured of theses level: total antioxidation competence (T-AOC), SOD, MDA. Results: The level of T-AOC and SOD decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the level of MDA increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) in simply irradiated groups after irradiated 6 h, 12 h, 24 h,in comparison with the normal group. The level of T-AOC and SOD increased (P 〈 0.01 ) in irradiated groups treated with PQQ in comparison with the simply irradiated group; and the level of MDA decreased (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: PQQ can protect radiated cells, by strengthening anti-oxidative competence and lessening the oxidation of cells.
