摘 要:目的:观察银杏叶片联合布地奈德对哮喘儿童外周血辅助性T细胞(Th)亚群的影响。方法:65例中、重度哮喘儿童随机分为两组:激素治疗组34例,单纯吸入布地奈德气雾剂治疗6个月;联合治疗组31例,吸入布地奈德气雾剂且同时口服银杏叶片6个月。测定治疗前后血浆中IL-4,IFN-γ水平,同时以20例健康儿童为正常对照组。结果:两哮喘组治疗前、后血浆IFN-γ水平均低于正常对照组(P<0.01),治疗后IFN-γ水平均高于治疗前(P<0.01),两哮喘组治疗后IFN-γ水平无明显差异(P>0.05);两哮喘组治疗前、后血浆IL-4和IL-4/IFN-γ均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗后两组IL-4和IL-4/IFN-γ均下降(P<0.01),且联合治疗组低于激素治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:银杏叶片与布地奈德具有协同作用,联合应用更有利于纠正失衡的Th亚群。Objective: To observe the effects of Ginkgo biloba tablets plus aerosol budesonide on T helper cell subsets in children with asthma. Methods: Sixty-five children with moderate or severe asthma were randomizedly divided into two asthma groups: 34 cases were adopted as budesonide group, which were treated with inhalation of budesonide alone for 6 months, and other 31 cases were adopted as the combined therapy group, which were treated with inhalation of budesonide and oral Ginkgo biloba tablets also for 6 months. The normal control group was 20 healthy children. ELISA was used to determine the serum concentrations of IFN-γ and IL-4. Results: The serum concentrate ration of IFN-γ before and after the treatment in the combined therapy group and the budesonide group was decreased than that of normal group (P 〈 0.01 ), and in the two asthma groups, the serum concentrate ration of IFN-γ after treatment was increased than that of before treatment( P 〈 0.01 ), but the serum IFN-γ in the two asthma groups after treatment had no significant difference ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The IL-4 and IL-4/IFN-γ levels before and after treatment in the combined therapy group and the budesonide group were higher than those of the normal group(P 〈0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ), the above levels after the treatment in the two asthma groups were lower than those before the treatment(P 〈0.01 ), and those levels after treatment in the combined therapy group were lower than those in the budesonide group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Ginkgo biloba tablets had synergistic effects with budes-onide and might adjust T helper cell subsets better in children with asthma.
