摘　　要：蛋白质的分离纯化方法是生命科学领域关注的热点之一。根据蛋白质的酸碱性质、分子大小与形状、溶解性质及其与配体亲和性等,对其分离纯化方法进行了综述。The method of separation and purification for protein is one of the hotspots of the field for life science. This article summarizes many methods of separation and purification, based on the characteristic of protein＇s acid-bases,the size and shape of the molecular, the solubility and the compatibility with legends.
