位图格式数字地图半自动标绘方法与实现

摘　　要：针对位图格式数字地图的特点,结合Word格式文书的可控性,研究实现位图格式地图半自动化标绘的方法。提出了一种辅助定位标绘法,从Word格式文书中提取队标信息,依据队标的概略坐标对其定位点进行图上概略定位,并自动从军标库中选择相应队标进行标绘。与传统的手动标绘方法相比,该方法能够极大地减少标图人员的手动操作步骤,缩短标图时间,提高工作效率,较好地满足了实战和训练中降低标图难度、加快标图速度的要求。Considering the features of the digital map in the format of bitmap, combing with the controllability of the Microsoft word documents, researching the method of realizing bitmap digital map semi-auto plotting. A auxiliary positioning plotting method is presented, obtaining military symbol information from Microsoft word documents, locating the approximate position of the anchor point according to the approximate coordination of the military symbol, choosing corresponding military symbol from military symbol database and showing it automatically. Comparing with the traditional manual plotting method, this method can reduce plotters＇ manual operating steps sharply, decrease plotting time, improve work efficiency, and meet the demands in actual combat and training perfectly, such as reducing plotting difficulty, and expediting plotting speed.
