摘 要:首先介绍了俄罗斯正在发展的先进舰艇集成指控系统的体系结构,对舰艇集成指控系统与独立的火控系统之间的功能分配作了论述,分析了对所有类型舰载武器系统实施集中控制的可能性。并从功能原理的角度较为详细的介绍了舰艇集成指控系统的主要控制通道及其功能。同时还简要分析了该系统的可靠性和战斗生命力保障,并对舰艇指控系统的集成效果作了结论性的分析。最后对俄罗斯舰艇指控系统的发展特点进行了概括总结。希望为我国舰艇指控系统的研究工作提供一些参考。The paper introduced the architecture of the advanced naval ship integrated command and control system which is developing recently in Russia, it discussed the function distribution between the naval ship integrated command and control system and independent fire control system, also it analyzed the possibility to implement integrated control of all types of shipborne weapon system. From the principle of function angle, it introduced the main control channel and functions of the naval ship integrated command and control system in details. It simply analyzed the reliability and guarantee of battle life support; it gave a conclusive analysis for the integrated effect of the system as well. At last, it summarized the features of the command and control system of Russian naval ship. We hope it would provide some reference for the naval ship command and control system research in China.
