摘　　要：阐述了广州、深圳地区滨水地段单一朝向塔式住宅的设计理念,通过对几个典型实例的分析,总结思考和探讨其设计特点和存在的问题,以期为今后的城市住宅设计提供参考。Expounds the design concept of single-orientated tower residences on the waterfront in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. By analyzing several typical examples, summarizes and discusses the design characteristics and the existing problems of these houses. And provides reference for the future urban residences design.
