摘 要:针对中国石油锦州石化公司污水处理厂的剩余污泥采取动态半连续流中温厌氧消化试验,进行污泥减量化及资源化的中试研究。对系统进行每天定量投配生污泥,考察不同停留时间污泥系统中pH值、VFA、碱度、固相及液相COD的参数变化情况以及COD、VSS的降解情况。结果表明:锦州石化公司剩余活性污泥有较好的消化性能,消化周期为20~25d,COD去除率为70.3%,VSS去除率为55.6%,1kgCOD产气量为0.33m3。污泥混合物实现了剩余污泥的减量化与资源化。In this paper,semi-continuous flow experiments on an aerobic digestion in middle temperature for excess sludge from wastewater treatment plant of Jinzhou petrochemical plant of china petroleum is adopted.Fluctuation conditions of pH,VFA,alkalinity,COD of solid-liquid and degradation mechanism of COD、VSS are all examined in the process of quantified input raw sludge daily and sludge retention time respectively.It can be learnt by the experiment that sludge retention time has an effect on anaerobic digestion mechanism experiment and reaction outcome.The result shows that:removal ratio of COD is 70.3%,removal ratio of VSS is 55.6%,and gas production is 0.33 m3 per kg COD sludge mixture.Mixed anaerobic digestion treatment of excess sludge achieves reduction of volume and resource recovery of excess sludge.However,both removal ratio of organic materials and sludge decomposition rate are much lower than those in the process of single digestion.So,more pilot study is needed,and cultivation and acclimatization of spawn preceded,so that dominant spawn can be used to improve treatment efficiency and gas rate of excess sludge.
