摘 要:为了消除因机械振动对金属厚度监控结果造成的影响,采用提离点这个特征量来获得厚度信息。从理论上分析了在一定的提离范围内检测信号仅与金属厚度有关。设计了基于提离点的金属厚度监控系统,利用数字信号处理器(DSP)进行数字信号处理、检测和控制。给出了在开环状态下的测量数据,结果表明:测量误差小于1%。In order to eliminate effect on thickness of metal measurement caused by mechanical vibration, lift-off intersection point features are used to get information on the thickness. In theory, the output of sensor is only concerned with thickness of metal, but not affected by the distance. Monitor system for metal thickness based on lift-off intersection point is designed,this system reaches the function of digital signal processing, detection and control using DSP. The data acquired in open-leop state measurements is listed, the results show that measurement error is less than 1%.
