摘 要:"T变箱加固梁桥"是一种加固T型梁桥的新方法,通过在T梁的肋底采用高强膨胀螺栓和环氧树脂砂浆黏贴钢板,将原截面由T型截面转变成箱型截面,从而达到提高原桥承载力的目的。通过贵阳铁路跨线桥的加固案例分析,说明该法很好地利用箱型梁抗弯、抗扭刚度以及整体性能,具有节省工期、施工简便且不中断交通施工等优点。Changing T beam into box beam is a new method to reinforce the bridge with T girder. To improve the bearing capacity of the bridge, the original section is changed from T-section into box section, using the high-strength bolts and to epoxy mortar expansion paste plate in the end of the ribs of the T-beam. This new method makes good use of anti-bending ability and torsional rigidity of box beam ; therefore, it achieves the target of improving the overall performance significantly comparing with the traditional T-beam technology theory. This new method is advantageous to reduce the construction period ,to simplify the construction process and have no traffic disruption. A case study of Guiyang Railway T-Beam Bridge reinforcement is provided to be referenced.
