摘 要:沥青路面是隧道路面铺装的主流,然而沥青易燃,易造成沥青路面隧道火灾事故。选择常用有效的阻燃剂,组成卤-锑-硼阻燃体系,实验研究了沥青路面阻燃改性技术。研究中采用极限氧指数、协同效率和EV等指标评价阻燃剂对沥青阻燃改善效果,通过正交试验确定最佳掺量,明确常用阻燃剂的改性技术方法和效果,并提出切实可行卤-锑-硼阻燃方案。Asphalt pavement has become the mainstream of the tunnel construction. However, the asphalt is inflammable, and serious tunnel fire accidents have occurred in many countries around the world. The commonly-used effective flame retardants are selected to composite the Halogen-Antimony-Boron flame retardant system. The flame-retardant modified technology of asphalt pavement is studied through many experiments,in which many indicators, such as limiting oxygen index, synergistic efficiency and EV are adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of flame-retardant asphalt;the optimum content is determined through the orthogonal test; the technical methods and results of commonly-used modified flame retardants are pointed out, and the feasible proposal of Halogen-Antimony-Boron flame retardant system i.s given.
