级配对橡胶沥青混合料空隙率的影响

摘　　要：橡胶沥青混合料被越来越多的用作面层材料,但是国内现行沥青路面设计、施工规范中都还没有橡胶沥青混合料专用级配的介绍,有必要进行相关研究。在室内使用旋转压实仪成型橡胶沥青混合料试件,通过对不同级配橡胶沥青混合料试件的空隙率测定,总结级配对间断级配橡胶沥青混合料空隙率的影响规律,并提出橡胶沥青混合料的各档料用量的取值范围。在保证较低沥青用量的前提下,实现对橡胶沥青混合料的空隙率控制,有利于对实际施工的理论指导。Rubber asphalt mixture has been used more and more as a surface material;however, no introduction to special gradation of rubber asphalt mixture can be found in current domestic asphalt pavement design and construction norms. So the research on the discontinuous gradation of rubber asphalt mixture is very necessary. SGC （ Superpave Gyratory Compactor） is used to mold the test sample of rubber asphalt mixture in the room. The impact rule of gradation on the voidage of discontinuous gradation rubber asphalt mixture is summarized, through the measurement of the voidage of rubber asphalt mixture test sample with different gradations. And the range of each level of the aggregate is pointed out. The voidage of rubber asphalt mixture can be better controlled when the bitumen content is low,which is beneficial to provide a better guidance to the road construction.
