摘　　要：本文通过传统医学和信息论的观点，重新认识腧穴和针刺的丰富内涵，明确阐述腧穴是生物信息流产生的基础，针刺是生物信息流产生的关键，中枢神经系统在针刺腧穴所产生的生物信息流中居于重要地位。在这个新的思路和模式指导下，借用现代生物学、神经科学、信息学、计算机等多学科研究成果及技术手段，最终揭示针刺机理。This article re-recognizes the rich content of acupuncture and acupoints with a viewpoint of the traditional Chinese medicine and information theory, and puts forward definitely that the acupoints is the basis and the acupuncture is the most important role of the Bioinformatics flow, the central nervous system is the most important in the acupuncture Bioinformatics.Under the guidance of this new mode of thinking, uses modern biology, neural science, haformation science, computers and other multi-disciplinary research results and technical means in order to reveal the mechanism of acupuncture and understand the meridian.
