摘 要:在间歇釜式反应器中研究了D072型强酸性离子交换树脂负载Fe3+作催化剂合成乙酸苄酯的反应。在消除内外扩散的条件下,测定了不同催化剂用量和不同反应温度条件下反应体系中乙酸浓度随反应时间的变化;采用初始反应速率法求动力学模型参数。在催化剂用量为0.033 3~0.166 7 g/g(乙酸),温度为323.2~363.2 K和常压的实验条件下,获得了可逆二级动力学方程的参数,其指前因子k0为2.081×106L/(mol.min),活化能Ea为55.159 kJ/mol,温度对平衡常数影响不大,取值为4.31。在实验范围内对获得的动力学方程进行了验证,最大相对偏差小于10.1%,计算值与实验值符合较好。The reaction for the liquid phase synthesis of benzyl acetate using strong-acid cationicexchange resin (D072) loaded Fe^3+ as a catalyst was investigated in a stirred batch reactor. By the elimination of internal and external diffusion, the concentration change of acetic acid with reaction time was determired and the paramters of the kinectie model for the reversible second-order reaction were evaluated by the initial reaction rate method. The frequency factor was 2.08× 10^6 L/(mol·min) and the activation energy was 55. 159 kJ/mol under the conditions of 323.2-363.2 K, mass ratio of catalyst to acetic arid 0. 033 3-0. 1667 g/g(acetic acid) and 101.3 kPa. The accuracy of the reaction kinetic equation was testified under the above experimental conditions and the result showed that the calcualated values agrred with experimental values well and the maximun deviation of the calculated value comparing with the experimental results was 10.1%.
