摘　　要：利用单管固定床装置(Φ33 cm×800 cm)对新型高性能醋酸乙烯催化剂(CTV-VA)进行工业模拟工况下的评价试验,研究不同工况下催化剂的性能并对反应前后的催化剂进行表征。试验表明:在反应空速为1 900和2 500 h-1,反应压力为784 kPa,进口氧浓度达到6%时,催化剂空时收率分别可达10和12 t/(m3.d)以上,选择性达到94%以上;经过长周期运行,催化剂中活性组分的晶相结构无明显变化。The catalytic performance of vinyl acetate catalyst （CTV-VA） was investigated in a single-tube test unit. The fresh CTV-VA catalyst and CTV-VA catalyst used in single-tube test unit were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）. The results showed that the space time yield （STY） could reach 10 and 12 t/ （m3·d）, the selectivity of vinyl acetate could be over 94M under the reaction conditions of gas hourly space velocity （GHSV） of 1 900 and 2 500 h^-1 respectively, reaction pressure of 784 kPa, oxygen mass fraction of feed of 6%. The particle size of Pd-Au alloy on the catalyst at different position of the single-tube reactor was stable after long term operation.
