摘　　要：新的社会阶层作为中国特色社会主义事业的建设者,已经初步显现出了巨大的影响力。新时期巩固和发展统一战线,开展统一战线工作就是要通过思想政治建设、和谐环境建设、保障机制建设等方式,引领新的社会阶层健康和谐发展。As the builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics, new social strata have been showing a huge initial impact. In the new period, to consolidate and develop the united front, and to carry out the united front work must be through a number of ways such as the ideological and political construction, and harmonious environment, the protection mechanisms in order to lead new social classes to reach healthy development on the new era.
