摘　　要：锁阳种子由胚、胚乳和种皮组成．胚为球形原胚，合点端细胞大，珠孔端细胞小．胚细胞中含有油滴、蛋白质及淀粉．胚乳细胞的细胞壁较厚，由纤维素组成；中心及近胚的胚乳细胞壁内突生长，细胞腔呈不规则形；胚乳细胞内含油滴、淀粉．种皮由几层细胞组成细胞壁未木质化．吸器起源于珠孔端的胚细胞．吸器由外被薄壁细胞的分生细胞区和伸长区组成；吸器细胞含有细胞器，多糖颗粒及一些膜包被结构．Seed of the Cynomorium songaricum consists of seed coat,endosperm and an embryo that is a globular proembryo in which the cells are large at the chalaza end,but small at the micropyle end.Embryo cells contain oil ,proteins and starch.The endosperm cells containing oil and starch have a thicker cell wall which is made of cellulose.Walls of the endosperm cells in the centre and near embryo part of the endosperm have projective growths into cell cavity and the cell cavity is irregular in shape.Seed coat consists of several layers of cells which have no xyloid cell wall.The haustorium originates from the cells at the micropyle end of the embryo,which consists of a meristematic zone covered by parenchymatous cells and a elongation zone.Haustorium cells contain abundant organelles,multisugar grains and some membraneencased structures.
