摘　　要：[目的]了解男性流动人口性健康现况和探索可能的影响因素。[方法]采用随机抽样的方法,对山东省青岛市3个区的150名男性流动人口进行问卷调查。[结果]只有53%的调查者性生活状态正常;因患泌尿生殖系统感染而就医的占仅占1.3%;38.2%的调查者使女友怀孕,导致女友流产占10.1%;影响是否导致女友怀孕的因素有职业(χ2=7.551,P=0.009)。[讨论]将近一半的人性生活状态没有处于正常状态,因患泌尿生殖系统疾病去看病的比例很低,也有相当比例的调查者使女友怀孕或流产。[Objective] To investigate the sexual health situation of male floating people and explore the possible risk factors. [Methods] 150 male floating people in three districts of Qingdao were sampled by randomly sampling method,and investigated with questionnaires. [Results] Only 53% of floating people were in normal sexual life,and 1.3% of them wanted to see a doctor due to urinary and reproductive system infection;38.2% of them made their female partners to be pregnancy,and 10.1% of them caused abortion of their female partners： Occupation was one of risk factors made the female partners to be pregnancy （Χ^2 = 7.551, P = 0.009）. [Conclusion] Almost haft of them do not have a health status of sexual life; the proportion of seeing doctors due to urinary and reproductive system infection was very low, and quite a amount of the floating people rode their female partners to be pregnancy or abortion.
