深圳市罗湖区某珠宝园职业危害现状分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解深圳市罗湖区珠宝加工企业作业环境中有害因素情况及职业卫生管理状况,为加强监督管理提供依据。[方法]调查罗湖区某珠宝园珠宝加工企业职业卫生状况,对作业环境中存在有害因素进行检测。[结果]共对25间企业进行了调查,有害因素主要为有机溶剂,其中苯的超标较为严重;多数企业的职工未佩戴防护用品,各岗位职业病防护设施的设立参差不齐;《职业病防治法》及相关法律法规的学习不足,职业卫生管理机构及职业卫生管理制度的建立有待加强。[结论]珠宝加工企业有害因素严重,尤其苯的使用及管理不容忽视,应加强职业卫生监督管理力度及职业卫生知识的宣传力度。[Objective] To know the occupational hazard factors and occupational health management status in working environment of the Jewelry machining enterprises of Luohu district in Shenzhen,in order to provide evidence for administrative supervision. [Methods] We investigated the occupational health status of the Jewelry enterprises in the Jewelry industrial park of Luohu district,and measured the concentration and intensity of hazards factors in working environment. [Results] The main risk factor in 25 investigated enterprises was organic solvents, and it was more severe that the concentration of benzene was higher than that of national standard. The employees of most enterprises exposed to hazards were without prevention facilities, and occupational diseases safeguards in every post were uneven. Studying occupational disease prevention law, related laws and regulations were lack, and occupational health management system needed to be strengthened. [Conclusion] Hazard factors of jewelry enterprises were serious, in particular the use of benzene and its management could not be ignored, we should strength en the administrative supervision and the occupation health education;
